No-Kill International Inc. does not presently engage in broad active public solicitation of donations in any state. Supporters and visitors seek out the organization through its website, public information, referrals, media exposure, social-media presence, or other informational channels.
No-Kill International Inc. intends to obtain charitable-solicitation registrations, licenses, permits, or other required authorizations on a state-by-state basis as needed if and when active solicitation activities are contemplated within a particular jurisdiction. Any such registrations, licenses, permits, or authorizations required by applicable law would be obtained before active solicitation activities are conducted within that jurisdiction, including email campaigns, direct-mail campaigns, advertising initiatives, fundraising events, telephone outreach, or similar targeted fundraising activities.
No-Kill International Inc. also wishes to clarify that it does not presently utilize Zeffy's emailing platform or email-marketing tools. The organization currently utilizes Zeffy solely as a donation-processing platform.
No-Kill International Inc. wishes donors to be aware that any additional amount requested by Zeffy to support its platform is entirely optional and is not required in order to complete a donation to No-Kill International Inc. Donors may adjust or decline any optional contribution requested by the platform.
Donors should further be aware that traditional payment processors, such as PayPal, commonly charge charities a transaction fee of approximately 1.99% plus $0.40 per donation, which is often significantly lower than some optional contribution amounts suggested by donation platforms. Please note that this 1.99% plus $0.40 processing fee would be deducted from the donation amount received by No-Kill International Inc, where there is no fee on our end with Zeffy. Donors are encouraged to carefully review all donation-screen options and make whatever choice they believe best reflects their intentions.
